No. ePayslip is a cloud-based HR solution which is not bound to any system so no installations are required. Just like Gmail, there’s no limitations to the number of devices connected to ePayslip. All you need is a device with internet connectivity that can give you access to the ePayslip portal on www.epayslip.com.
ePayslip offers two access – Admin and Users. HR Managers or relevant department heads can login with their account as Super Admin and this function would then allow them to gain access to employers-only modules such as employees’ information, payroll and more.
ePayslip account activation is instantaneous. To activate, just follow the email instructions and click on the activation link provided in the email. After activation, you are ready to go! If you are an employee user that is invited by your HR, you can enter the activation code provided in the email to access the online payroll portal.
Yes, you only need one account, one ID and one password in our payroll software to manage a group of companies. ePayslip makes it easy for you to manage multiple entities with a single login. Each company in your group is a legal entity on its own, has its own employees and pays salary to its own employees, you can create a new entity account for EACH of the companies in the group.
It is either that you have previously registered a ePayslip software account with the same Login ID or another organization has successfully registered with the same Login ID. You may change your account login ID by going to your profile in our payroll software, type in your new email in the “Primary Email” field under “Account Settings”. Once you click save, a pop up window will appear informing you that a one-time password (OTP) has been sent to your new primary email. Key in the OTP for verification purpose and you will be able to use your new login ID to access your account.

Yes, you can change your payday under Calendar. However, any changes to the payday after the 10th of current month will not be allowed.
We’ve made setting up your company for payroll quick and easy. Information we required: Basic Company Information – All company locations – Knowing where your business is located helps us calculate the correct country provident funds and taxes for you. – Legal business name – Your company’s name as it is on file with the business registration certificate. – Number of employees – This includes employees and contractors. Employee Information – Employee email address – Your employees get a ePayslip account where they can access their payslips and manage personal information. This saves you time and eliminates the need for manual data entry. – Employee personal information – we will need an employee identification number, race and nationality. We use this information to automatically generate statutory forms on your behalf. Company Bank & Tax Information – Company bank account numbers – To ensure your team gets paid, we need your company’s bank account number. – Company tax reference number – This information is required to populate into the statutory form. This reference number is usually made available when you register tax for the company. Payment Preferences – Payment schedule – Let us know how often employees will get to celebrate payday (weekly, bi-weekly, twice a month, or monthly). – Payment method – How does each employee want to get paid? This can be either by Direct Deposit (ACH) or check. If an employee wants to get paid by Direct Deposit, you will need their bank account number.

We will automatically update your monthly price based on the number of employee(s) paid that month. For example, if you have 10 employees on your company’s account but you only pay 8 employees that month, you will only be charged for 8 employees that month.
We are flexible in our offering. With monthly subscription, there are no obligations, pay as you go. You may also buy an annual package and save more for your business.
